I need your help

Since I started blogging, I’ve been offered all kind of help by caring readers. I thank them for their kindness and explain to them that I’m all set and there’s people that need it more than I do.
This time, I really do need your help, and it will only take a minute of your time, maybe less.

I’m trying to make an appearance in the George Noory’s Coast to Coast radio show.
The idea is to talk about economic collapse survival and all these aspects of more realistic survival situations not often discussed, things people can do as of right now instead of waiting for zombie hordes. Same stuff we talk about here.
I have no doubt it will be a breath of fresh air for most listeners used to the typical doom and gloom speech.

A bunch of emails wont be enough. To get into one of these shows you either need a contact, or hundreds if not thousands of emails asking for your appearance.
That’s why every single email counts.

If you enjoy my blog, do take a minute of your time to help me out. Don’t think others will do it instead.
When that happens no one sends them and all you get is a dozen emails that get lost in the crowd.
I need the help of every single one of you.

Right now I’m going for Coast to Coast AM:
CoastProducer@aol.com
george@coasttocoastam.com
ian@coasttocoastam.com
lisa@coasttocoastam.com
tom@coasttocoastam.com

Other radio talk shows that may be interested as well:
me@glennbeck.com
stu@glennbeck.com
http://www.infowars.com/contact.html

It’s much better if you write your own (otherwise it may look like spam), but here’s an example:

Subject: Interview Economic Crisis survival author, Fernando Aguirre.

I’d like to hear Fernando Aguirre, author of “The modern Survival Manual: Surviving the Economic Collapse”, being interviewed as a guest in your show.

His book can be found at:
http://www.amazon.com/Modern-Survival-Manual-Surviving-Economic/dp/9870563457/ref=sr_1_9?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1268845134&sr=8-9
His website is: http://www.ferfal.blogspot.com/

Fernando Aguirre’s email: ferfal308@hot(remove)mail.com

Regards,
XXXXXXX

Also, if you bought my book on Amazon but didn’t have the time to post a review, this would be a great time!

I don’t like asking for help but sometimes you have to. This is one of those cases.
Thanks guys!

It's the least I could do after all the great advice I've gotten from you.

I don't know how much help it is, but your old article on survival which talked about a 9mm Glock being the best choice was my first introduction to you, from a gun forum since that's what I was looking for at the time. Probably, to my way of thinking, the same was true of a lot of peoople. I would make that article prominent on this blog somehow, so anybody searching for that doesn't have any trouble finding it.

Done, and reposted at my blog!

I'd try focusing more on Ian (ian@coasttocoastam.com) on C2C. He is the weekend/second host, gets less volume of email, and is my opinion a bit mroe interesting.

Plus he tends to have more down to earth topics... instead of the 'I was abducted by a crystal carrying time traveling chupacabra from Mars that told me the secrets of the Illuminati.'

Varghedne thanks!

Idahoser, thanks man, do you recall the name of the article and forum?

ErnestThing, thanks a lot for reposting!

Anonymous, I wouldn't know about the Chupacabras but thanks for the tip! :p I'll add Ian to the post.
Thanks!

Coast to coast AM is an awesome show that I follow on a regular basis. But there is another radio show with allot of attention as well you might want to consider. It's the Alex jones show based out of Austin Texas. And his show usually has many guests slots available. Heck! Why not do both?! HA!
In any case you have done a great job of taking the romance and foolishness out of real world survival. And for that I not only thank you, but will assist you in any way that will help get the word out so that people can hear you. Best of luck and thanks for pushing what works!

Got the book, but haven't had a chance to read it yet.

I'll send the email to the show, though!

John Dvorak/Adam Curry talk about such topics on "No Agenda" they don't do interviews on the show but there might be something there none the less.

I have emailed Alex Jones but i will not email Glenn Beck as i think that he is a Benadict Arnold in patriot clothing.

Buena suerte, Bon sort!

Sent one to George at Coast to Coast, then one to Glenn Beck. Be advised that Glenn Beck has a "Spam Arrest" program that requires you too click a verification link after you send him an email.

Both of these fellows would be FOOLS to not have you on their respective shows!

Just sent email to Beck & Alex Jones (infowars). I hope this works out for you, I think you'd be a great guest for these shows.

For many years I've been following Fernando Aguirre. He goes by the handle Ferfal on the internet. For many years he's been writing on message boards, blogs and has even published a book on his first hand experience with the economic collapse of Argentina. He's very knowledgeable and gives what is probably the most down to earth advice on preparing for worst case scenarios. Not only does he talk about and wargame things but he's lived through what looks to be the most likely situation that the US could be facing. He goes into it with an eyes wide open point of view and does a great job of connecting the dots between what happened in his country and what's going on in the US today. I think that he'd be a great guest. It would be an interview that I wouldn't miss. Many of your listeners would be extremely interested in what he has to say and he probably has a lot of advice that they could put to good use.

I forgot to link to your blog and book. Oh well. If they get enough email they'll know who you are.
